Stone ruin to renovate in 1 hectare of good clean pine woodland. 1 big arable field with water well and mine. 5 minutes by car to Pedrógão Grande and Cabril Lake.
This is a nice piece of pine woodland 5 km from Pedrógão Grande. It is just over 10,000 m² (1 hectare), totally clean and from one part there are very good far-reaching views.
The ruin has a footprint of approx. 40 m² there are 2 storeys, no roof but the walls are good. The ruin can be renovated or a new house can be built on the land.
Below the house is a big field of about 2,500 m² which once would have been full of vegetables but now has pine trees growing on it — once they are cut the field can be used again for its original purpose. At the top end of the field are a water mine and a well.
The nearest transformer is 500 m from the property so mains electricity is no problem and included in the purchase price.
The access is 500 m on a woodland track.
The nearest other house (which you can't see from the property) is 600 m away.
