We arrived in Central Portugal in 2005 with the vague notion of looking for a small property with some olive trees where we could spend a few months a year away from London. We met Adam and, thanks to his extraordinary knowledge and real love of the natural habitat soon fell in love with the area.

Adam drove us around for four days, exerting no pressure whatsoever on us. What really struck us was the breadth of Adam’s connections. No matter what village we were at the locals greeted him warmly. For this reason we were able to very quickly get a feel for the area and when we popped into Bravo for refreshments it was clear that this was the town for us. Ten minutes walk from Bravo we saw "Barco".

Adam made the buying and building processes very simple. We gave him the power of attorney and he arranged absolutely everything. He also introduced us to a builder who worked in conjunction with Adam — the builder gave us a fixed price contract and Adam would report back with progress on a regular basis. We moved in within six months of seeing Barco.

In short, we would strongly recommend Adam if anyone wishing to purchase a property in Central Portugal wishes a top class professional service done with a very personal touch.
